These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at burbankmenshaircuts.com (the "Site") and the services provided at our salon, Sport Clips Haircuts of Burbank (store CA706), located at 2452 W Victory Blvd, Burbank, CA 91506 (the "Salon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, using our online check-in, or receiving services at the Salon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Salon is an independently owned and operated Sport Clips franchise location. These Terms are between you and the local owner/operator of the Burbank location, and are separate from any terms published by the national Sport Clips brand.
You may use the Site and our online check-in system for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
Online check-in reserves a place in line; it is not a fixed appointment and does not guarantee a specific stylist, service time, or wait. Wait times shown online are estimates and may change.
We offer men's, kids', and senior haircuts, beard trims, and related grooming services. Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for general information. Actual services performed are subject to consultation with your stylist and may vary based on hair type, condition, and your requests.
Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from amounts shown on the Site or in promotional materials. The price charged at the time of service is the price that applies. Applicable taxes and optional gratuity are not included in listed prices.
While our stylists take pride in their work, hair services are inherently subjective and results may vary from person to person. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let a team member know before you leave the Salon so we have the opportunity to make it right.
Promotional offers advertised on the Site (such as new-client offers or upgrades) are subject to their stated terms, may be limited in time, may not be combined with other offers unless noted, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. No purchase is necessary where indicated. Offers apply only at the Burbank location unless expressly stated otherwise.
We welcome walk-ins and online check-ins. If you check in online and are unable to make it, we ask that you cancel or update your check-in so we can serve other guests. Repeatedly checking in without arriving may affect your ability to use online check-in. We reserve the right to release your place in line if you are not present when called.
Any hair care or grooming products sold at the Salon are for personal use. Product purchases are subject to the price and any return or exchange policy posted at the Salon or communicated at the time of sale. Please retain your receipt. We do not sell products through the Site.
The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is owned by or licensed to the Salon or its brand partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Salon or its owners, operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Salon and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
